Refund Policy
1. Eligibility for Refund & Return
We support returns and refunds within 30 calendar days from the date of order delivery. To qualify for a refund, the product must be unused, unwashed, kept in original packaging with all accessories, manuals and labels intact, and without any man-made damage, scratches or functional failures caused by personal use.
2. Non-Refundable Situations
Products damaged due to personal misuse, improper storage, unauthorized disassembly and repair are not eligible for refund. Products with missing original packaging, accessories or manuals, and customized products are not supported for return and refund. Returns applied after the 30-day valid period will not be accepted.
3. Refund Process
Customers need to contact our customer service team to submit a return application and provide order number, product photos and related proof information. After our team reviews and approves the application, customers can return the goods according to the specified address. We will complete the refund within 5-7 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned products.
4. Shipping Fee for Returns
Free return shipping is available for products with quality problems or delivery errors. For personal reason returns, customers need to bear the return shipping costs by themselves.
